Rob Chapman, Manager of Production Operations, knows economies are
achieved from a streamlined process and construction timing of a
production's home. “Good systems are important, but this process would
not be possible without a great team of top notch quality suppliers and
trade contractors that work seamlessly with us to maximize efficiencies
in delivering our customers dream homes on time and on budget.”
Margie Potts, a proven veteran of custom new home real estate, is
instrumental in guiding customers through all steps of the building
process but her specialty is the upfront contractual package and
closing & move-in details.
Shannon Wieland has spent 15 years, her entire career, in the housing
industry. She makes the seemingly overwhelming task of selecting the
finishes for your new custom home into a streamlined and fun decision-making
process. The Pendragon Homes Design Center is on site, supplying
easy access to many of the products.
And the most important member of the team…YOU. It starts with our home
buyer's inspiration. We provide the tools, direction and
listening skills to turn your inspiration into working documents…floor
plans, site plan and specifications for your new home.
